One of the basics ingredients of beer is the barley, which is a fine source of vitamins, like it is in bread. The beer has the following vitamines: niacin(B3), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12) and many others. Someone would ask about the big belly that the beer drinkers might get. And we answer that the beer is not the only responsible for this. Usually, when someone drinks a lot of beer, in combination with bad food choices (potato chips, sandwiches, dried fruits etc.), makes the growing of the fat around the belly. Beer does not contain fat or cholesterol, as it has a small quantity of sugar.

It is sure that the consuming of normal quantity of beer daily helps to avoid the creation of thrombosis in heart veins, resulting the decreasing of heart illnesses. Also, it increases the appetite, indirectly helping the digestion. The good cholesterol HDL is increased in the blood, resulting the decreasing of heart attack problems.

Although, the consuming of too much beer, like other alcohol drinks, doesn´t make more good to the drinker. We have to consume with care and do not drink and drive. Remember that drinks are for socialisation, so drink reasonable. Cheers...
